Personal Items
~Not responsible for damage to medical devices, clothing, or lost or stolen property.
Supervision:
~Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Elderly clients with special needs must be accompanied by an aid. Please inform us of any allergies prior to your service.
Cancellation Policy
For canceling a haircut appointment within 24 hours you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee before your next appointment can be booked. If you “no show” a haircut appointment there will be a $25.00 no show fee before your next appointment can be booked. If you no show or cancel after 24 hours notice for color or chemical service appointment you will be charged 50% of the service before your next appointment can be booked.
Tardy:
Please call and reschedule your appointment if you are running more than 10 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate you, however we do not want to rush anyone's service.
Payment:
~We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks.
Products:
~If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return it (lightly used) and we will credit 20% of the product cost towards your next service or product.
Unsatisfied Clients:
~While we do out best to ensure that every client receives the best results possible, we cannot make everyone happy. In case of a client being unsatisfied with their service, we allow up to 7 days for a client to come back in and have it corrected, with some exceptions. We do not offer refunds on services, however if you speak to management, a solution to the problem will be provided.
